debchastain said...: just read all your posts. that's great about you running! i admire it, even though i'm pretty sure i won't ever emulate it :0) i am getting a fair bit of exercize over here. joined the gym at the school and am taking advantage of yoga & aerobics classes (it's funny the differences in aerobics...subtle, but different feel) and working out. it's slow going..i'm still having some pain in my old scar since the surgery. i need to get in shape before we get pregnant..so i don't gain 80 pounds for pale baby chastain :0); October 01, 2005 6:41 AM
